yay!

i'm very pleased, because last night i finished writing another chapter of orange pekoe (& began a new one). they are:

chapter fifty-five: how haven met sophie. (finished)
chapter fifty-six: a bright knife. (begun)

often notorious among those i know for writing gobs of long-ass fiction, i have really outdone myself this time. orange pekoe had to be split into separate files, because it was too huge to open all at once. how long will it be? will it drag or lag? will anyone ever be able to read the whole thing? most importantly, will i ever finish it?

only time will tell.

anyway, in celebration, here is some claude art! i do love drawing claude. he's my protagonist, after all. i like to make him all bloody, too.






this last one was actually not drawn by me (as you can see), but by the brilliant vonbrigthi. a thousand thank yous to her for drawing one of my characters. it made me very happy.

thanks very much! ^_^ i'm glad you like my (& trika's) renditions of him. he never comes out looking quite as he does in my head, but i try.
